LUXIT operates within the InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach to support the delivery of Eliva Spa’s luxury wellness offering through spa-trained therapists supplied and managed to hotel-standard expectations. Introduced in 2025 with the launch of its signature spa concept and expanding with the new Eliva Spa opening in March 2026, the experience is designed to set a new benchmark for Australian luxury wellness—featuring five luxurious treatment rooms, high-end amenities, and state-of-the-art therapeutic rituals. LUXIT operates as the staffing and service delivery partner for the Four Seasons day spa, supplying the full workforce to ensure a seamless, luxury-led wellness operation and consistent brand execution. Elevating the day spa experience, this sanctuary of wellness intertwines luxurious treatments with impeccable service, crafting a retreat for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation, nestled within the Hotel. LUXIT will be supplying all staffing, including spa therapists, spa reception/guest experience, spa attendants, and leadership coverage as required to maintain service cadence and operational control. Our service model blends time-tested therapies with contemporary, results-led techniques delivered in immersive treatment rooms for individuals and couples.

Training

All LUXIT therapists are trained specifically to meet Four Seasons standards of service—covering guest journey choreography, consultation language, treatment-room etiquette, service recovery, and the signature finishing details that define the brand experience. They are also trained on Four Seasons spa product protocols, including correct product usage, sequencing, dosage, hygiene handling, and brand storytelling, ensuring treatments are delivered with technical precision and consistent outcomes. This training is reinforced through SOP alignment, privacy and compliance requirements, and ongoing performance oversight—so every guest touchpoint remains polished, consistent, and unmistakably Four Seasons.
