LUXIT Partners with Van Cleef & Arpels for ‘The Art of Movement’ Exhibition in Sydney CBD

LUXIT Hair and Makeup Artists had the pleasure of providing luxury beauty services for Van Cleef & Arpels’ VIP clients during the highly anticipated The Art of Movement exhibition, held in Sydney CBD from 11 April to 8 May 2025.

Our team of experienced artists delivered bespoke services at the prestigious Capella Sydney. We also supported the Van Cleef in-house team, ensuring they were glamorous and presentation-ready for every moment of the exhibition period.

The Art of Movement celebrated Van Cleef & Arpels’ pursuit of motion and fluidity in fine jewellery design. The exhibition featured over 100 creations from the brand’s Patrimonial Collection and nearly 50 archival documents, offering visitors a rare glimpse into the evolution of craftsmanship and creativity at the heart of the Maison.

Curated across four themes - Human Odyssey, Nature Alive, Elegance, and Abstract Movements-  the exhibition explored how Van Cleef & Arpels has translated movement into precious materials, reflecting shifts in design and lifestyle over time.

CELINE Printemps 2026 In-Store Activation Beauty Partnership

LUXIT partnered with CELINE for an in-store activation celebrating the launch of the CELINE Printemps 2026 Collection by new Artistic Director, Michael Rider. Our brief was clear: deliver elevated, camera-ready hair and makeup that seamlessly aligned with the Maison’s contemporary silhouette and timeless codes.

Two models, styled in the new collection, from the New Luggage bag to refined ready-to-wear, moved throughout the boutique as clients shopped, bringing the collection to life in real time. LUXIT’s beauty direction focused on effortless polish: luminous skin, understated definition, and clean, modern hair that echoed CELINE’s signature sophistication without overpowering the garments.

The result was an immersive luxury experience that extended CELINE’s heritage of craftsmanship and effortless elegance into a live retail environment. The Printemps 2026 Collection, as presented by Michael Rider, was not only seen on the rails, but actively experienced in motion, amplified by LUXIT’s on-site beauty team delivering a cohesive, future-facing CELINE aesthetic.


fashion week 2025 - CARLA ZAMPATTI

LUXIT team had the pleasure of looking after, Sofitel Sydney Wentworth’s Marketing and Communication team, in preparing for CARLA ZAMPATTI's 60-year celebration - an iconic event held at Sydney’s historic Sofitel Wentworth, one of LUXIT’s premium clients.


To close out fashion week, the evening paid tribute to Carla’s impactful influence on Australian fashion, with her son Alex Schuman, CEO of Carla Zampatti, sharing the visionary essence that continues to drive the brand today. Kellie Hush, CEO of Australian Fashion Week, also made a touching tribute to the brand’s legacy. Distinguished guests, including Edwina McCann, editor of Vogue Australia, were immersed in a story of style and sophistication.


LUXIT was honoured to contribute to this milestone celebration by gifting guests the LUXIT experience - an elegant tribute to both an iconic brand and venue. The occasion encapsulated LUXIT’s commitment to timeless sophistication and exceptional luxury.

Louis Vuitton x Formula 1

LUXIT partnered with Louis Vuitton at the Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix 2025 in Melbourne, providing premium beauty, hair, makeup, and wellness services for VIP guests, media, and brand partners.

The season opened in March with Louis Vuitton as Title Partner of the event. Central to the celebrations was the unveiling of the Louis Vuitton Trophy Trunk, symbolising victory and craftsmanship at the highest level.

In collaboration with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel , LUXIT delivered an exclusive activation that providing guest with a luxury beauty experience. Every element was designed to enhance the guest journey, creating an elevated and memorable moment at one of the world’s most prestigious sporting events.

Gucci Archetypes launch party in Sydney

At the striking launch of Gucci Garden Archetypes at Powerhouse Museum Ultimo, LUXIT was proud to partner with Gucci to deliver hair and makeup services for VIP guests and event staff. The immersive exhibition, which transforms the museum with reflective “hall of mirrors,” editorial‑style mannequins and the full creative vision of Alessandro Michele, set the stage for an unforgettable evening. 

Our team worked closely behind the scenes to ensure all guests and on‑floor personnel looked flawless from arrival until the last champagne toast. With bold styling inspired by Gucci’s theatrical aesthetic and the event’s elevated mood, LUXIT brought precision artistry and luxury finishing touches to complement the fashion spectacle.

As the glistening blue and white structure of Louis Vuitton’s “SEE LV” exhibition took centre stage at First Fleet Park, The Rocks, Sydney, LUXIT was honoured to partner with the brand to provide premium hair and makeup services for all VIP guests and event staff staying at the Crown Sydney

Our expert artists worked behind the scenes to ensure flawless, red‑carpet‑ready beauty for the evening’s elite. The immersive exhibit, featuring archival Louis Vuitton trunks, monogram universes, and a journey through the Maison’s history of travel and innovation, provided a spectacular and dynamic backdrop for the event. 

From early arrival at the Crown Sydney to final styling touches before the exhibition doors opened, LUXIT delivered luxurious and seamless grooming experiences. We focused on elegant hair and makeup that complemented the grandeur of the setting, the iconic designs on display, and the sophisticated atmosphere of the evening.

In 2020, luxury mobile beauty and wellness concierge LUXIT collaborated with global skincare icon Elizabeth Arden to celebrate the launch of their Vitamin C Ceramide Capsules. The exclusive wellness activation was held at the iconic Park Hyatt Sydney, one of Australia’s premier five-star hotels, with panoramic views of Sydney Harbour and the Opera House.

The event seamlessly blended skincare innovation with luxury massage therapy, offering Vip guests and beauty insiders a personalised, restorative experience. LUXIT’s expert massage therapists delivered on-demand massage services designed to complement the product’s radiance-enhancing properties, creating a deeply indulgent moment of calm.

Guests were welcomed into a private suite overlooking the harbour, where every detail, from ambience to execution, reflected the refined standards of both brands. This event embodied LUXIT’s commitment to delivering premium wellness experiences and luxury beauty services with professionalism, discretion, and ease.

LUXIT X TIFFANY & CO: Store Opening

LUXIT partnered with Tiffany & Co. to provide premium hair and makeup services for their VIP guests and in-store staff during the highly anticipated opening of the new Sydney flagship boutique. The exclusive event drew international attention, with a star-studded guest list including Kendall Jenner, A$AP Ferg, Lara Worthington, and Jesinta Franklin.

As guests admired Tiffany’s legendary diamonds in the lavish double-storey store, LUXIT worked behind the scenes to prepare the brand’s team and VIP attendees. Earlier in the day, our artists were stationed at the Park Hyatt Sydney, looking after guests with personalised beauty services to ensure they were red carpet ready. From tailored glam sessions to seamless touch-ups, LUXIT helped deliver a flawless luxury experience befitting one of the most high-profile launches of the year.

LUXIT Supports Paula’s Choice Australia with Pro-Collagen Peptide Launch

LUXIT was proud to support the Australian launch of Paula’s Choice’s Pro-Collagen Peptide Plumping Moisturiser, a powerful new addition to the brand’s clinically backed skincare range.

Three of LUXIT’s expert skin therapists were on-site, delivering 10-minute express facials exclusively using Paula’s Choice products. Each treatment was tailored to highlight the hydrating and firming effects of the Pro-Collagen Peptide Plumping Moisturiser - a formulation developed to visibly plump, smooth, and support the skin barrier.

These express facials gave VIPs  and Influencers the opportunity to experience the product’s texture, absorption, and results in real time - guided by trained professionals with a deep understanding of skincare science. LUXIT X Cartier: Store Opening

LUXIT was honoured to partner with Cartier for the grand opening of their new Sydney flagship boutique on King and George Streets, delivering luxury hair and makeup services to VIP guests and in-store staff. As Cartier unveiled its 749-square-metre, custom-designed Oceania flagship-one of the brand’s most locally tailored stores globally, LUXIT ensured every guest reflected the elegance and prestige of the occasion.

The event celebrated Australian artistry and design, featuring materials sourced from across the country, native-inspired décor, and installations by both local and European artisans. Amid the two-storey boutique’s wave-etched gold façade, eucalyptus-textured columns, and silk murals of cockatoos and panthers, LUXIT’s expert beauty team worked behind the scenes to provide flawless styling. From the moment guests arrived to the final champagne toast, we delivered red carpet-ready looks that matched the brilliance of Cartier’s newest Australian landmark.

LUXIT Supports Rare Beauty with the Launch of the Find Comfort Collection.

LUXIT was proud to support the Australian launch of Rare Beauty’s Find Comfort Collection, the brand’s first foray into body care. The range includes a Body Lotion, Hand Cream, Aromatherapy Pen, and Body & Hair Fragrance Mist, all designed to relax the senses and nourish the skin.

To bring the collection to life, LUXIT organised a series of at-home massage treatments for influencers and VIP guests, allowing them to experience the products in an intimate, real-world setting. Each massage incorporated the Find Comfort formulas, highlighting their textures, calming fragrances, and hydrating benefits in a way that connected directly with self-care rituals.

This tailored approach ensured that every guest experienced the restorative intent behind the products, blending expert massage techniques with Rare Beauty’s new collection.

In collaboration with TMC PR, the launch not only showcased Rare Beauty’s expansion into body care but also demonstrated how meaningful, results-driven experiences can deepen brand connection.

The Sheraton Hotel Sydney holds a number of corporate events; in October 2023, they hosted a corporate national conference that brought industry leaders, professionals, and innovators together in one space with discussions, networking, and opportunities.
