Terms & Conditions
Bookings
All bookings require a minimum of 2 hours’ notice.
All bookings must be confirmed before 8:00 PM.
Urgent bookings (within the hour) will incur a $100 fee.
After-hour bookings will incur a $150 per hour fee as a courtesy to our team.
Please note there is a 1.65% surcharge on all card payments.
All bookings are non-refundable.
Services booked at hotels are non-refundable once confirmed.
Changes
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept LUXIT’s non-refundable cancellation policy.
For bookings at home, if you notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled booking, you may postpone and will receive a credit code valid for 6 months from the original booking date. If the cancellation occurs within 72 hours of your booking, the payment will be forfeited. We recommend gifting your booking to a family member or friend in this case.
All booking changes must be made between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

If the Artist/Therapist is required to wait, a $150 per hour waiting fee will be incurred.

A 20% surcharge applies for all bookings during Public Holidays. Special rates apply on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Good Friday and Easter Sunday.
